When working with foreign clients I will typically be reponsible for all contacts with local administration and assist in choosing the builders, obtaining clear and precise quotes. The client will thus be dealing with a general project manager, and have complete control of costs and timetables throughout the whole building process.

When requested I assist in finding and purchasing property. I am not a real estate agent, but will assist in assessing economic and technical aspects of an investment, and direct you to an honest and competent broker.
